Shipping policy

When you place an order at MOONAP, you can check the shipping costs on the Cart page, based on the selected products.

We offer the following shipping methods for Spain (mainland):

1. Street-Level Delivery - Free

• The delivery is made to the address you specify.
• A prior appointment is coordinated with the courier company.
• Important: This service does not include carrying the products into your home. Both delivery and pickup must take place at street level.
• Delivery time: 10 to 20 business days.

2. Express Home Delivery - €30

• The product will be delivered to your doorstep, but it does not include bringing it inside your home or assembly.
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

3. Home Delivery with Assembly - €60

• Delivery inside your home, including product assembly and packaging removal.
• The company will contact you to schedule a prior appointment.
• Delivery time: 15 to 25 business days.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Spain. If you need international shipping, contact us at: hola@moonap.com.

Important Considerations

• Our products are designed to be easily transported in boxes adapted to standard access points.
• We do not make deliveries through facades, inner courtyards, or use pulleys.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products can access the home. If delivery is not possible due to access characteristics, the costs of return or the use of a crane or lift (subject to availability and budget) will be the customer's responsibility.
• Upon receiving your order, verify the condition of the products and that the quantity delivered matches what is indicated on the delivery note. Keep the original packaging in case of return.
