HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
The website user can browse the online store and fill the shopping cart without registering.

Once you have selected the item you want, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button. You will always see the shopping bag at the top right of the screen. Clicking on that section will allow you to select "VIEW CART" to see all the items in your cart and even modify it.
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, select "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT." To complete the purchase, you will need to fill out a form and provide certain required information to manage the order's shipment. The form includes all information about shipping and payment options.
Once a Purchase Order is received, FAMA SOFAS S.L.U. will immediately send a confirmation of the completed sale to the email address provided.

CONTRACT CONCLUSION

CONTRACT ARCHIVING
Contracts concluded in the online store are archived. You can access your orders in your customer account or by sending an email to hola@moonap.com.
The customer may request a copy of the relevant invoice at any time, either electronically or on paper, at their choice.
PRICE
The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the indicated prices do not include shipping costs.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at the time, depending on the specific item. Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT under Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the relevant taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in those territories.
