How do I know what size sofa to choose?
The first thing you need to do when choosing the size of your sofa is to get out your measuring tape and measure the space it will take up. Keep in mind the other items that will accompany your sofa, such as the Moonap side table (great for holding your tea and preventing liquids from ending up on your upholstery) or other furniture.
Once you know the measurements you can use, check the measurements of the modules on our website and choose the ones that will make up your composition.

- To get a visual idea of the space your sofa will occupy, you can use masking tape to mark the depth and width of your composition in the space of honor you have reserved for your sofa.
- Keep in mind how many people there are at home and you will avoid fights over space on the sofa.

Which upholstery do I choose?
To make this task easier for each model, you can choose from a small range of colours in which each colour has been selected for its versatility.
Whichever you choose, we are sure that it will fit perfectly with the rest of the elements in your room.
All our sofa, armchair and pouf models are available in 2 different upholstery finishes, with 6 colours in total.
- CHENILLE: Our Lyon upholstery is a high-quality fabric, with a soft and slightly velvety feel. It is available in 4 neutral colours: medium grey, anthracite, dark blue and beige. This fabric can be machine washed at a maximum of 30ºC.
- CANVAS: Aurora is our canvas style fabric. It is a little more economical and is available in beige and medium grey. This upholstery allows hand washing only.
I have pets, how do I take care of my sofa?
To keep our sofa looking like new, we must follow a routine that is simpler and requires fewer steps than skincare.
- Vacuum your sofa regularly to remove hair and dust.
- Wash the covers according to the signs of upholstery cleaning.
- Use pet-specific products to help eliminate odors.
- Brush your pets to reduce the amount of loose hair.
- Educate your pets and provide them with an alternative place to be comfortable.
- If a stain does occur, be sure to remove it as soon as possible so that it does not penetrate the upholstery.
How do I care for my sofa?
From Moonap we recommend the following to take care of your sofa:
- Vacuum. This will remove dust, hair and dirt that may accumulate on the upholstery, keeping it cleaner for longer.
- Fluffing cushions. To prevent cushions from deforming, it is best to use your hands to pat the filling so that it is evenly distributed. This will prevent them from deforming.
- Sit in all the seats. We know that once you find your spot, it's hard to sit somewhere else, but try to use the modules evenly. This will prevent one seat from deforming more than another and you'll be able to better maintain your sofa.
- Avoid sun exposure. Just as the sun can stain our skin, fabrics can lose their color. Therefore, even though the fabrics are of the highest quality, avoid direct sun exposure as it could discolor the sofa unevenly.
- Unintended fluids. If by accident a fluid or substance ends up on your upholstery, we recommend cleaning it as soon as possible, thus preventing the stain from penetrating the upholstery. We recommend applying water and rubbing with gentle circular movements using a clean cotton cloth. If the stain persists, dilute neutral soap in water and apply it to the stain, rub gently with a clean soft cloth, rinse and check if the stain has disappeared.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning products. We should use mild cleaners, as these could damage the upholstery, cause it to lose colour, etc.
- Keep away from heat sources. Avoid placing your sofa near heat sources, as these can damage the upholstery and cause discoloration.
- Washing the covers. Always check the washing instructions on the cover label before washing the covers.
